When will my order ship?

Your items will ship within few days. If an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible with the next availability date.

We offer Standard, Expedited and International shipping via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All shipped items are insured and accompany tracking info.

Un-personalized Ketubahs usually ship under one week. Personalized and Custom Text Ketubahs require 3 weeks time for completion. We also offer a great selection of Ketubahs with personalization for Rush orders.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer shipping outside USA. Rates vary based on size, weight and destination. Please note: the client and/or recipient is responsible for any and all custom and import fees, tariff and international fees.

How do I personalize my Ketubah?

After purchasing your ketubah, please fill out our Ketubah Personalization Form and we will ensure it is personalized prior to being shipped to you.

How long does a Ketubah order take?

A Ketubah order usually takes about four weeks, from order time to arrival at recipient’s address. For ketubahs by artists residing in Israel, six weeks minimum required. Ketubahs needed under 3 weeks’ time are subject to rush fees and expedited shipping fees.


Do you offer rush Ketubah orders?

Yes, we specialize in rush Ketubahs. We work with amazing group of artists who can accommodate las minute orders. They are subject to rush fees and expedited shipping fees.


Are Ketubahs returnable?

Ketubahs that have not been personalized or customized can be returned. Please contact us by email [email protected] or by phone (714) 508-0900 before returning any items.

What are your return and refund policies?

You may return a purchase within 30 days of receiving for refund or item exchange. If you are the purchaser, you may receive a refund to your original form of payment. For returning a gift that was purchased for you, we can offer an exchange or store credit toward your next purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The Golden Dreidle does not provide free return shipping.


Are all items returnable?

Most items are but, special orders & personalized orders are not. Tallitot and prayer shawls must be unworn and in new condition. We do not offer refunds on shipping, handling or rush fees.

What if an item in my order is damaged, broken, or missing?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us for assistance. Be sure to retain all the packaging and shipping material.


Are all items listed on your website available in stock?

We offer thousands of items. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are shipped directly from our artists and vendors. Some are special order. If an item is needed by a desired date, please indicate in the comment section of your cart.

Do you accept phone orders?

Yes, we do. You can contact us during our business hours at (714) 508-0900 or (949) 955-0900. We would be glad to assist you.


Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do. We accept just about all of them. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Am/Ex. You can also use PayPal, Amazon, Google, Apple Pay.

Is sales tax added to purchases?

Yes. Just to the orders shipping to California.
