Airplane Menorah~ Fantastic Flying Machine

Back in the days when aircraft were less like flying buses and the men and women who piloted them were viewed as daredevil hobbyists, British innovator Alliot Verdon-Roe created a tri-plane which looked very much like this menorah – without the candle cups, of course!. Crafted by hand from sturdy metal sheeting and painted a warm reddish brown to reflect the colors of the original materials, this menorah measures approximately 11″ x 12″ inches and stands 7″ high
